I found the service to be less relaxing than anticipated, from the unexpected choice of music – informercials and old-school R&B instead of a more soothing zen vibe – to the lack of attention given to my skin care routine. While the environment was nice and clean, I have had better facial experiences in someone's home than at this establishment. I was very excited to support this business. I was initially happy with my lashes and the service that I received. The next day I called and emailed to let them know that I was experiencing discomfort and my eyes were swollen. I hoped that I would be able to return to have them removed but after not hearing back from anyone I ripped them from my eyes along with my own lashes.
