I have had 2 massages at Redefine Wellness both of which were with Ben. I have to say he definitely cares and is in tune with his clients. I have had massages at quite a few places ranging from fancy high end spas to home businesses. The appointments I had with Ben at Redefine Wellness have been some of the very best! Make an appointment with Ben you’ll be happy you did! Also I am grateful for their hours and the fact that they offer Sunday appointments. They are reasonably priced.
I had a massage with Candice and it was amazing! She is so knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel very comfortable. Will be going back! Update, I went back and did a cranio sacral massage and it was amazing! I had never had one before, so she talked me through what to expect and it was fascinating! My body feels so light and healed. I will be going back for sure

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Redefine Wellness! 60 minutes flew by and honestly wasn't enough. Extremely personable staff and cozy, private experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for relief and relaxation.
Redefine Wellness is a must for anyone in pain from tension or is seeking a very thorough, relaxing massage! I’ve been seeing the same massage therapist for years now but was looking to find someone closer to me for a prenatal massage. I did some research and came across Redefine Wellness and I’m so glad I did!
