I’m doing Neurosomatic Therapy with Kimberly since I got injured in a car accident, and it’s been going amazing so far! Can’t wait to see even more progress especially after I deliver my baby! Am also doing prenatal massages with Piper and Ashley and I can’t recommend all these ladies enough! Love this place!
I had a neurosomatic massage therapy session today and it was incredible! Kim was great at finding areas that needed work. I loved that my massage was tailored to my individual needs. I typically have tightness in my shoulder but I feel a lot looser now! Definitely would recommend!
Every time I come to Redefine Wellness for a massage, it is an amazing, relaxing experience. Ashley was my massage therapist today. She was very detail oriented and made sure that she addressed all of my pain problems! The tension and pain in my back and neck were gone by the time I left. She was gentle and calming while also being great with applying pressure to the areas that needed it. She also gave me a very relaxing scalp massage at the end and reminded me of ways to help my body heal, which I appreciated.
Christi at Redefine Wellness provided massages for our Auburn soccer team while we were training and playing in Utah, and she was absolutely phenomenal. The players couldn’t stop raving about how excellent her massages were. She has an incredible ability to locate sore spots and provide relief and recovery. I have had a wonderful experience with a variety of different massage therapists here. It is a beautiful, clean, and calm environment. Very professional and easy to work with. Able to accommodate me on a last minute notice as well.
