I have had a wonderful experience with a variety of different massage therapists here. It is a beautiful, clean, and calm environment. Very professional and easy to work with. Able to accommodate me on a last minute notice as well.
I was a massage therapist myself for years, so I’m particular about who I’ll see for a treatment. Candice is my favorite therapist for deep tissue massage as well as craniosacral massage. She’s intuitive and responsive to her client’s needs and wishes, and has a deep knowledge of the body, mechanics and holding patterns. My family has been coming here since they opened. So I figured it was time to leave a review. Every service that we have had has been an amazing experience! Candice has truly been a life saver with Cranial sacral. My son has a hard time with anxiety and sleeping. After a cranial session he feels renewed and relaxed for weeks. If you have never tried cranial sacral.. YOU NEED TO!! You will not regret it.
LOVE Redefine Wellness!!! Christi is an amazing massage therapist. The trigger point massage hurts so good. The room and vibe is super relaxing as well. Highly recommend!
