I just had my first massage here with Candice, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I was having serious neck pain that was causing terrible headaches, and when I left all the pain was gone and I felt like I grew two inches. Candice used different techniques and made sure we were targeting the issue. Most massage places just do their normal routine and don’t focus on what is bothering you, but this was a completely different experience. I will absolutely be back and will be recommending to everyone.
Omg one the best massages I’ve ever had and I have had many. I had Kim and she was one of those massage therapists that seems to really know her stuff. She took the time to do a good consult. which I’ve never had someone take the time to be that thorough before. she really listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. Highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Redefine. Every therapist is highly skilled and I’ve found relief from each one! The studio is also beautiful and clean.
Christi is absolutely amazing! My shoulders and neck are always so tense but I always feel amazing after getting a massage from her. She knows just what spots to hit. Let me clarify- I choose to have an intense massage which might not be for everyone. She adjusts to what you want. She knows that I play intense Volleyball, intense Pickleball and Lift Weights. I need that deep tissue massage to get rid of all the knots that I have. Thank you, Christi!
