Good communication by the owners. The open hours change frequently but Rachel does a good job of communicating it to everyone who uses the gym. Enough equipment for a good workout.

Redeeming Fitness has a wonderful trainer, the gym is welcoming and well-equipped, and the classes are both challenging and upbeat. Rachel is very caring and always makes me feel comfortable but also pushes me to give my all. I love this gym!

Such an amazing person. She is the most bubbly and optimistic person you’ll ever meet which is great for motivation. You can talk to her about anything and she’s always there for support and wisdom. This is such an amazing business and has motivated me so much. Love you Rachel!

Rachel has been personal training me for 3 months now and I’ve been enjoying it so much! For the first time at a gym, I feel comfortable and look forward to my sessions. I feel stronger already, and have seen great results. Rachel makes our workouts fun and teaches me so much great info about nutrition, as well. Not only is her gym great, she’s such a kind, encouraging person that radiates the best vibes. How can you not enjoy working out when that’s the case?!

I have a great time waking up and going to workout with a group of girls every Tuesday. There’s always something a little different, we all relate to each other and encourage each other, and it’s an experience that I always look forward to. Rachel is a great instructor with creative ways to exercise and she’s got a wonderful, fun, and inspiring personality. Highly recommend.
