I do not recommend Redeemed Heating and Cooling. Scheduling with them is a nightmare. They refuse to schedule a block of time, so you must take a full day off work to sit around and wait for their technician to come diagnose the problem and then potentially take another full day off for them to come fix the problem. I understand they aren't able to give exact appointment times but the timeframe I was given was 8-5. They serviced my furnace and changed the batteries in all of my smoke detectors.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EVER! EXPERIENCED!!! They came out starting in JUNE! to fix the issue I was having, they came out three times and ended up breaking more things and never fixed the original issue! Now they won’t come back out. It is the end of September and the issues are STILL not resolved!! WHATEVER THE CASE (even if it is an emergency) DO NOT USE THEM! If I could give -15 stars I would!
