Our air condition stopped working and after getting a quote for $14,000 to replace both furnace and a/c from another company, I called Jim to get a second opinion. Jim is by far the most reliable and responsive technician of any kind we’ve worked with. He has responded quickly with expert knowledge to troubleshoot any issue we’ve had. Most recently, he responded after hours when our AC stopped working, came out the next day and discovered the unit was underperforming and failed due to a faulty wire connection from the manufacturer.
