I used to go to a typical 24 hour gym and would get a pretty good work out in but it was hard to stay consistent and accountable. I've been at CrossFit Redeemed now for just over a month and I've never felt more in shape or stronger than I do currently. Dropped in for a week while I was in town for work. Andrew was an amazing host and coach, the members were very warm and welcoming. It was a great experience. The gym was clean and equipment was in great shape. Will definitely be back each time I come in to town!
Andrew is an incredible coach who truly gets it. He differentiates the class and tailors workouts to fit each person’s needs—especially important for our son, who attends regularly. His energy is contagious, and he creates an environment where everyone feels accepted, no matter their fitness level. The ladies in the class are amazing too—supportive, strong, and fun to be around. Having been away from CF for a few years, I did a drop in here in February and immediately signed up. Andrew is an amazing coach and being an older athlete all work outs have been more than suitable for me to enjoy CF again. Clean facility, bright and airy I always look forward to going.
