One of the very best gyms I've ever been to! Whether you're new to Crossfit or an experienced athlete, the coaches at CF Redeemed will meet you where you are and offer helpful tips, instruction, and encouragement. The gym boasts a wide variety of classes, ranging from beginner-friendly foundations, to skill development, classic CF workouts, more advanced competitive options, hyrox prep, and even a run club on weekends. This has by far been the most welcoming and least stressful gym to join. Excellent coaching, incredibly supportive. The membership options are so well done, you can buy classes ad hoc, or sign up for memberships. The app has been really great, I can see the workouts and how many people are in the class. Plus having to RSVP in advance does motivate you when you wake up at 4am to get to the early class!
This gym is nothing short of professional. All of the equipment is top of the line and is meticulously maintained. Andrew along with all of the other coaches maintain an extremely welcoming and positive environment while still pushing you to do your absolute best. I would highly recommend CrissFit Redeemed to anyone !
Very welcoming community and awesome gym! Great for all levels. Andrew does an awesome job of breaking things down and teaching at a basic level for anyone new to CrossFit, like me.
