I wouldn’t give it a star if that was an option. The assistant in the front desk was rude. Not only was she upset at the fact that there was a little girl crying and complaining about how she wanted to leave already. Between the staff they converse about personal life which seem unprofessional. Know one needs to know their intimate life. Overall unprofessional and rude. Wouldn’t go back to this location.
Don’t ever come here ,This place take 2 hours even though the waiting room is empty 1 hour waiting in the waiting room and another hour once your inside to see the dr , i recommend going to Kaiser
The person there is NOT A DOCTOR she's an NP. Does not prescribe antibiotics (amox or z pak) always blames a viral infection for everything, and then to get real meds, you gotta go to your primary. I've mistakenly brought my son here twice out of desperation because they were the only ones open. Both times, my son was clearly exhibiting symptoms of bacterial infection. Both times, we didn't get antibiotics and had to waste a day of work and school to go to his primary to get antibiotics because his symptoms worsened instead ... read more
