Just got a call from this office. They called me by accident, just said the office name and nothing after. When I said I didn’t call, she got upset and called me rude. Not a place I would choose to go to.

I watched Dr. Reddy fall asleep while we were talking and sat there for 15 minutes before his receptionist came in and woke him up. LOL

This Dr. Has zero disregard for the health of his patients. I tried to get seen by him and he refused to see me, he sent me to a hospital instead. I clearly need medication management not another crazy bill at the hospital where they would do nothing but take time away from my job. Which will affect my mental health more. Please don’t waste your time, just look for another dr that is actually professional and that will care for helping you. PLEASE! DO NOT GO HERE!! My biggest concern is that the person I spoke with may very well be the one that made the automated message for their office. I called this facility to get my medical records. I was a patient here years ago. I was informed that they are destroyed after seven years because it's Texas law. I was confused so I asked for her to elaborate because I didn't understand. She told me to look it up online and then mocked me when I tried to ask a question before hanging up on me.
