Very knowledgeable,very helpful in discussing procedures
The way I was treated on 11/25/2024 at Dr. Reddy's office was unacceptable. I don't have to call any names because they all know who they are. I have also contacted my Insurance Company, and the Better Business Bureau.
Go elsewhere if you can. Felt like I walked into an interrogation. The staff in the back was rude, kept cutting us off, and lectured us as if we were idiots unable to take care of ourselves. Also talked way too fast for you to actually understand the procedure. They do not care about patient well being and are the type of office that treats you like another number.
