I saw the doctor today and I must say I had a very good visit. He was caring informational and very helpful. He listened to me and went over information that a previous care giver did not. I’m so glad I was referred to him. The staff was friendly and great throughout my entire process from the time I walked in throughout and when I left. Very professional.

I had to review and express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the recent experience visitng Dr. Sunil Reddy, following a referral from HCA Conroe's Emergency Room. I would not recommend visiting this physician based on my personal experience. In my 47 years, I have never encountered a doctor as unprofessional and dismissive as Dr. Reddy. His demeanor was consistently arrogant and lacking in empathy. Unlike many other medical practices I’ve dealt with, where follow-up appointments and prescription refills are handled with care and urgency, this office did not demonstrate the same level of attentiveness. I visited Dr Reddy's office 5/12/25 I was very disappointed as I sat waiting for one hour in waiting are before being taken to be seen then another few minutes in room..IDK if Dr Reddy was having a bad day or what but I felt his bed side manner could definitely use improvement. I saw Dr Reddy for a preventative colonoscopy consultation. The appointment for a consultation went great. I scheduled the procedure but the office REFUSED to call my insurance for a prior authorization for the medicine required for the procedure. With the prior authorization for the medication, I would have a $0 copay as my insurance would cover the meds and procedure at 100%. They still refused to call. They would rather I pay an extra $70 for medication than to make a 2 minute phone call. I had already paid a $75 office v... read more
