I had a major problem with my lower back. I also acquired a problem with my gall bladder. I had to go to ER about my gall bladder. I was admitted after a couple of times. ER doctor did several CT's and informed me my gall bladder should be removed. Dr. Reddy's assistant knew I had gall bladder problems from the start and did nothing about it. Before I was admitted to hospital, I saw Dr. Reddy's assistant and she treated me harshly. She told me they were going to drop me because I went to ER.
She is caring and professional. She answers your questions and doesn't talk down to you. SHE iS EXCELLENT.
