I would NEVER recommend this Dr to anyone!!! I have only continued with this Dr because of his NP Rajesh Saani, but most recently I had a encounter with Raj that left me thinking that Raj should retire. In the 5 or so years I have never seen Dr Reddy and only spoken with him via telephone 1 time. In addition most of his office staff are not competant &/or rude. And they will not authorize nor call in to the pharmacy any new presription or refills.
Very unprofessional office/ Dr and his staff are horrible. You have to call and call to get a prescription and or just a question answered. Do not expect him to ever follow up with anything you may need.
I passed a kidney stone and I'm trying to call the doctor's office and the phone is off the hook this is ridiculous
Every time I need a refill they lie by saying they didn't receive the request.. I was at the pharmacy when they sent it in front of me.. Need new employees that know what they are doing..
I should have read the reviews before making him my primary care physician. You will literally spend more time in the waiting room than with him in the office. I dont even think he touched my chart for the whole 2 minutes he was in the office with me. Long story short, he didnt treat me, said I had the flu and sent me on my way. Next day, I'm in the ER finding out I have pneumonia and sepsis.
This doctor will make you feel real disappointed and you start to wonder why hes still in business.
Does not spend adequate time with his patients. Also, does not listen...He literally walked out mid sentence when I was speaking to him. It seems as though he doesn't think that listening to the patient is worthy of his time. Don't waste your time with this doctor!
Staff is incredibly rude over the phone and dishonest about faxing prescriptions to pharmacies. What should be a simple 5 or 10 minute job of faxing prescriptions to pharmacies has taken several days.
