I love working with Dr. Reddy and her staff. They are extremely responsive through MyChart and always make communication easy. One of the things I appreciate most is that when I schedule an appointment and include notes about what I want to discuss, Dr. Reddy comes in prepared. She already knows my concerns and has clearly taken the time to review them, so I never feel like I have to start from scratch or repeat myself. This will be my last visit with Dr. Reddy. During my first appointment, my husband and I were seen together in the same time slot. However, at my next visit, I was told I could only address one concern due to time limitations. This was frustrating and inconsistent because if appointments are strictly time-based, it raises questions about why two patients were combined into one slot initially.
