I called Friday to get an appt for me grandson and the person I talked to was very rude. I didn't even get to finish explaining the problem when she cut me off and said we don't have anything. At least listen to the caller. It could have been something really serious. Suggest we call their other clinic, something not to make the customer feel like I had inconvenienced them just by calling.
