I had 2 bags of ice sitting in a cooler for a week after I realized I never cleaned it out. Pulled them out and they were still sealed just bags of water. Whatever machines they use to seal the bags is great.

This company is worse than Nestle Ready Refresh. And that's saying something! They make it nearly impossible to talk to someone. Their "system" is junk and they don't have any clue what is going on or where their drivers are or if your even on the schedule. I just don't get it, such a simple business: make ice, deliver ice, collect money. They cannot accomplish this simple task for some reason. I may just have to start making my own ice i guess.

I removed my original posting because they have contacted me and made things right! I appreciate them for making a quick resolution, it says a lot about their company as a whole, not based on a single individual who was having some personal issues at the time. Our apologies for an undeserved post.
