I wouldn't even give them 1, they had the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. When their machine broke and ruined the whole container of ice they would not reimburse me for what I had already paid for. When we decided to cut ties I told them I would need a specific time for them to pick up the machine because of the way everything was set up.
