I’ve always had a good experience with this practice. The receptionist, physio, and doctors have all been professional, kind, and attentive. Their approach reflected what was in my best interest. Unfortunately, I’m leaving due to a house move, but I recommend this practice to anyone in the area.
Absolutely useless. Not an ounce of compassion for patients. Refuses to see anyone. Diagnosed my son....a COPD patient as having nothing wrong with him over the phone. He was later admitted to hospital where he spent almost 2 weeks. This man should be struck off.
Place is a joke got told to find another practice, receptionists are vile with a disgusting attitude, Joanna and the other one and the practice manager Claire is a joke!! Can’t do their job so blame you aye ok!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!
The worst practice ever. My son is not well 2 weeks (fever and cough) and there is no chance see a doctor because they would rather make a call phone and say thats a virus. They just take a money from goverment for nothing, that place is a joke.
