My daughter had an appointment and the office was closed. When we tried to call no answer. My daughter was trying to call weeks before her appointment today and it was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. When we showed up to 3218 Grimes for an appointment, no one was there but the construction workers. Horrible experience
Staff was very friendly and professional. They explained the procedure completely and were happy answer any questions I had.
They address your needs as well as working with you on the cost by providing other outlets to complete the process of what future work will need to be done. I am satisfied with the service.
