Dr. Reddy is the best of the best! From start to finish. I was comforted and felt completely taken care of. Not to mention the quality of the staff and facility are also top notch. I cannot be more grateful for the quality of care!
This Doctor is thorough, simple intelligence and you know he's a good Doctor without being in the medical field. Staff still needs help, hopefully they will get there one day
Dr. Reddy and his Willowbrook Methodist team did phenomenal work this past Saturday. I had my very first Colonoscopy it was a very smooth process, everyone was so kind and attentive.
I never saw the Doctor cause he has a piss poor staff. Very poor communication, like they are afraid of human beings. They don't answer the phone. When they are closed then you get communication " by email."They look for ways to not be contacted back. I litterly paid for and took a prep kit for nothing.My husband took off wiok for nothing.I got communication by them to go to another clinic the next day by email that is full of spam mail.
