I have been coming to Redds since Maddy first opened at the previous location and this was a 5 star up until she sold earlier this year. Since then the poor service and unpredictably now rates them as barely 1 star. Over the past six months there have been multiple times I have showed up for appointments to be told they only have time for a quick trim, that they don’t see the appointment or that they need to put me with someone else.
