i always feel a little nervous taking my cars into a shop- but not this time. these are some of the best people I’ve ever met. so honest, and left me feeling prepared for the next steps in my car journey. they got back to me so quickly and explained things in a way i understood. they didn’t even charge me for the diagnostics!!!! my husband and i WILL be back for any future services. 💕💕

Very professional and got me in fast! The person who worked on my car before them not only didn’t fix it but made it worse! Redds got me in quick, had open and honest communication with me and was very professional! I can’t thank them enough and I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done!
Disappointing and dishonest My father is 78 with terminal leukemia. He took his vehicle to reeds and had two repairs completed both which did not repair the vehicle. The service technicians recommend repairs that were not warranted and were not the problem. My father was overcharged and the vehicle was not repaired.
Well, gotta admit that in all my years of knowing something was wrong with my car and not having the knowledge to fix it myself, I’ve run into every type of mechanic and shop that I think there is.
