Can second what other reviews are saying about the service. Answering system sucks. And when I finally got it to work, I could literally hear them pick up the phone and send it to voice mail. Just says lazy to me. Even if you’re busy you can find the time and energy to pick up the phone.

This past Saturday my mother needed emergency surgery, unfortunately that was also the day my car had an issue caused by another shop. I had the car towed there and without transportation relied on friends to get to my mother's hospital. To say the least I needed my car back ASAP. Monday as soon as they opened I called and explained my situation. Took my older car in for an inspection and was told it would cost about $4,000 in repairs to pass. When I questioned the list, I was suddenly told that many of the items weren’t actually necessary. Initially, they said I needed all new brakes and rotors, but after pushing back, they admitted I only needed one rotor replaced. I also was told my exhaust was touching the frame.
