Great place for college students to live if you want a quiet place that isn’t too far away from OSU Newark/COTC, utilities included (minus WiFi and cable), parking can sometimes be limited but not that much, pay rent the 1st of every month, and I would label them as comfortable apartments not luxurious which is why I say it’s perfect for a college student. There are more families here than college students but I think college students would like it here.
