HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's as if no one wants to work over there. I had to call over 30 times only to be transferred to random voice messages. I even asked if I could speak to the terminal manager and the young lady who answered informed me that he retired. What a freaking joke!!!!! I wish I could give zero stars for the horrible service they have provided. Sheldon should be fired he is absolutely the worst dispatcher I have ever had to deal with in my 25 years of logistics. This company deserves a ZERO star. I haven’t talked with a rudest customer service until I called reddaway. I called to schedule a delivery date and time but the lady was very rude, she doesn’t want to accommodate any slight time changes and would rather want the customer to cancel the order.
