Please be aware that your contract for Ecoshield's service will likely be 24 months, even if the salesperson has led you to believe it will be 12. After resolving a major issue with them, I have adjusted my review from a 1 star to a 2 star, and I'm toning down my warning. I'm not setting the score higher because of the lengths I had to go through to resolve the issue in the first place, as it was extensive. Totally satisfied with the service. They arrived fast, got to work immediately, and were so courteous throughout. I also appreciated that they used pet-safe products without me even asking. Nice attention to detail!

Our attic had signs of rodents, and this team took care of it fast. They set traps, blocked entry points, and cleaned up the mess. The technician was respectful of our space and worked efficiently.
