They told me my nonverbal autistic adult son had to do credit application as well. My son has never had credit because he never knew the concept. They still turned us down saying income do not cover requirements even though I live in A place that is 800 and never been evicted. I feel they use the application to make money. Other places say that my son only has to be listed as an occupant. Our combined income was more than enough for the property. I would not recommend
I had to reschedule a showing at this house bc the lockbox seemed dead. It seemed to need charging. After the second appointment, I was able to get in and I was quite impressed with the place. It was clean and seemed to be well cared for. I will be putting an application in and in hopes that this will be my new home.
