Clean up the theater please. It's always dirty. And the customer service has gone down hill. I understand your employees are mostly high school kids, but they need to understand it's all about customer service these days. Perception is reality!
Our movie wouldn't play!! Our popcorn and drinks were more than our movie tickets, the management was terrible and didn't compensate us for our inconvenience. Will be watching all my movies somewhere else!!
