This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are rude, dishonest, unhelpful and down right belligerent. Customer service is non-existent. They are nice during the install and then pretty much the worst people you will ever have to talk to anytime after. I would never recommend using them as I seriously regret buying my unit from them. Buy your HVAC from people who won't be a nightmare to deal with in the future since new units come with warranties and it is always possible you may need your HVAC dealer's ass... read more
