The therapist Paulina was rude and mean. She seemed to be in a rush and told me in a nasty tone"next time use the bathroom before I call you in." Mind you I was in the waiting area for about 10 minutes and had drank water before I was called in. I called and complained to the owner/therapist and he told me he already knew of my complaint and dismissed it.
