Gym sold to a gym known for scamming members. Turning it into something it's not. No longer an atmosphere for bodybuilding. Was a great place as a competitor to go to but it's time to move on. I refuse to spend my money with wolf
Just moved to Boca and was checking out a couple gyms. I walked into Redcon and Hayden at the front desk welcomed me in. He helped me understand all the packages and answered all my questions. He was happy to do it and went above and beyond. Hayden was a main reason I decided to sing up at Redcon.
Hello all, I’ve been coming to redcon1 gym for a while now and I wanted to write this review on behalf of the gym and the people here. This is a great high energy environment that is a great place to train at consistently. Along with the great environment and equipment the staff is more than respectable, helpful & knowledgeable. One person in particular who I’d highly recommend to speak with is Leo as he is an exceptional example of this.
Steve and Efran were great at showing me around and the place was really clean. Locker rooms were great and the showers were always scrubbed .
