Just getting back into the gym after 5 years of excruciating nerve pain, and finally a recent back surgery. Although I’m not a newbie in the gym, I’m just one week back, and slowly finding my way around this no-nonsense gym. You would think you’d be judged if you’re not IFBB Pro, but not the case here. I’m inspired to be around those that are there to improve, just like me, every day. My fiancé is of bodybuilder aesthetic, so thanks to him for bringing me into Redcon1.

This gym is for the those who are Elite or desire to be an Elite Fitness Athlete. Pro-Military and IFBB atmosphere. On hand supplements to give a great workout.

I'm the GM of a small gym in johnson city tn and upon entering i was greeted by nice front desk ladies and a young man. I asked to speak to the manager/owner. Thye both followed out to greet me. I asked them if we could possibly do a business deal with supplements...we're small so nothing lucrative as they are huge. I asked for guidance on how they do things on a variety of levels. I’ve been wanting to try this place out for years and yesterday I was in the area and decided to go. First off $26.50 for a day pass is pretty steep. There’s a variety of back and leg equipment that you may not find at other gyms which is great. I love the mirrors in the female restroom. I probably won’t be back, the space is just too cluttered for my liking. In my opinion gym didn’t live up to the hype.
