Amazing gym. Phenomenal community . My favorite place to be in the whole world . The manager Mike in the morning along with Zach are great and always are very welcoming . Couldn’t say enough great things about this place
Just getting back into the gym after 5 years of excruciating nerve pain, and finally a recent back surgery. Although I’m not a newbie in the gym, I’m just one week back, and slowly finding my way around this no-nonsense gym. You would think you’d be judged if you’re not IFBB Pro, but not the case here. I’m inspired to be around those that are there to improve, just like me, every day. My fiancé is of bodybuilder aesthetic, so thanks to him for bringing me into Redcon1.
