Great Company and the sales department really does know the product lines and ins and outs of it. The pricing is fantastic and while some of these components are by nature expensive, redco makes it all super easy. Packaging is simple and effective and they ship quickly. We won't go anywhere else for our audio cable making needs!
Contacted Redco Audio today at around 3pm for assistance in making my first custom order purchase with them. The moment I dialed 1 I instantly received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This gentleman was very rude and sarcastic not sure if he was having a bad day. I expressed he was very rude and then I decided to end the call. All I wanted was help as a Local.

Redco has served me well for over a decade. Every time I order from them, the service is great and the products are always very high quality. Most of my orders are for customized items and they have always gotten things spot-on, which is hard to do. Service from Chris and the rest of the team is unbeatable!
