There's a lot of negative comments about this pool, I guess we do live in a very disturbing mental health era where everyone wants to whinge about something so irrelevant. I've never found the staff here rude.. I've swam at every pool in Brisbane and Redcliffe is always the least busiest, I've always found a lane. Sometimes I have the entire pool to myself at midday. I prefer to go here so I'm not surrounded by bratty children and lane hogs. Stop reading negative reviews by Karen's and just go check it out yourself.
Been to this pool a few times. Make sure to call ahead to check if the pools are available, don't bother just turning up because they'll try and turn you away due to a class that has 10 minutes left in the pool, even though it's taking up one lane/area. The staff are rude and unwelcoming and have been every time.
Paying $21.60 as a casual to go to water aerobis class, you would think the pool would shout the poor instructor a head set microphone so the class could hear what she is saying..you have to stand and wait to see what everyone else is doing for the the next move.. people spend their time asking each other what did she say..
Been coming here for kids swim classes for years. Unfortunately the teachers constantly change and they put children who have no swimming ability in the higher classes holding the other kids back. As a result the kids don't progress in swimming very quickly and are far behind those at other swim schools. Although we've tried to persist with this school as it's close to home we will be going elsewhere. Not an ideal place to come if you want your kids to learn swimming, which is a shame.
