BEWARE ! Tony quoted us 4-5 hrs at $135/hr which is up there compared to other plumbers but I needed the job done. I was invoiced for 2men totalling 11 HOURS. MORE THAN DOUBLE the quote. He said I added extra work which is not true. He also stole my hammer and the brass tap fittings. When we asked him about this he said he would give them back but my husband had to drive to his house to pick them up.

Tony and Charlene were AMAZING!!!!! Our hot water system died in our AIRBNB unit. Not only did they come out the same day to check it out, they replaced it the very next day to replace it. They made every thing so easy and less stressful. Will definit be using them again.

Cannot recommend this family company any higher, absolutely fantastic and professional work. I had an emergency and they attended on a Saturday, which is rare. I would not hesitate to call Tony again, and Charlene from the office was also very kind. I wish this business every well-earned success.

I am currently in hospital with a broken leg and needed to have the shower changed to a hand held as well as a rail. They organised everything. Their prices were very reasonable. Could not ask for more professional and caring people. Highly recommended.
