My doctor is amazing. And the girls at reception are always happy to help, friendly and thorough which is hard to find in a Medical Receptionist.
I visited Doctor Carpenter at this practice. She is straight forward to the point of being abrupt at times. Knowledgeable but not exactly friendly. I made the appointment on-line without any issue and received timely reminders. It can be difficult to get an appointment at times. The practice is friendly but not patient oriented. A person needs an appointment for refills even on long term medications or administrative needs.
The staff are really friendly and remember you on return visits. I’ve only seen one doctor and have been going to him for years as he is the best
Followed Dr Noor from another surgery.. cause she is good .. the staff at this surgery are sweet...very professional would recommend this place to anyone
