At my first appointment, a receptionist was very understanding and told me I could call back about my rebate, assuring me they would help, which was reassuring since I was confused about the process. I would definitely recommend Sutton Street Medical. All the staff — including the receptionists and nurses — are compassionate, friendly, and genuinely care about what they do. Dr Noor is my favourite doctor of all time. She really listens and brings a high level of expertise to every appointment.
