I visited Doctor Carpenter at this practice. She is straight forward to the point of being abrupt at times. I made the appointment on-line without any issue and received timely reminders. It can be difficult to get an appointment at times. Dr. Carpenter is professional and knowledgeable but will printed reading material rather than explaining things to me herself.
I visited Doctor Carpenter for the first time this week. I made the appointment on-line without any issue and received timely reminders. Dr. Carpenter is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. She really listen to me which can be hard to find in a doctor. I did not feel rushed. The reception and staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice.
