Been here myself and taken some of my clients for Emergency. The way they treat is terrible. The Dr wasn't even aware my xray was done. When I questioned about my xray, she was like oh you did xray too. She didn't even look at it and said it's ok. Wasn't transferred to the Emergency by the GP to wait for 4 hours to be given panadol and pain killer. What a joke. I thought I was in Australia.
2023: Went to Emergency Dept @ this Redcliffe Hospital gasping/ extremely hard to breathe. Took Oxygen Levels. Because my oxygen levels were fine, they automatically said it was " Anxiety " I know if I suffer from anxiety or not and I don't. Repeated my visit again and same outcome. Went to another hospital to be diagnosed with ( graves disease- Hyperthyroidism) which was causing the extreme breathlessness, outcome is surgery... I was in & out before Midday. In & out really fast.
Wheelchair was provided quickly and we were attended urgently.
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. Absolutely appalling.
