If you are thinking of joining Amerefit, RUN! This has been the worst experience for me. I bought the 12 month program because at the time they only offered 6 or 12 month options. This included metabolic testing, nutrition sessions and 52 personal training sessions. Also an armband which is an activity/ calorie tracker. I joined Red Circle Nov 2012 - 8 months ago. I have only lost 9 lbs. I went to the location last Monday and there was a notice from the landlord and the doors were locked - no notice to their clients. They have discontinued the best part of the program - the personal trainers. This is just a basic low carb diet - the same diet I have been on for years - nothing special.
I started Red Circle in July 2012 and lost 10 pounds almost immediately. I signed up for the one year program and I'm so glad I did. I was sick of the guess work of trying to diet on my own. I have an extremely jammed work schedule but I go to Red Circle every week, without fail because I see consistent results. Best Weight Loss Program By Far!!! – I started red circle about 5 months ago right before my wedding and realized that I should have come a lot sooner. They did a metabolic test on me that told me where most of my problems lie and even did a genetic test that showed me what concerns I can face from my gene pool (lol) and how to work around that. Successful Life-Style Weight Loss Program – Red Circle is a life style program that really works! The staff takes an all-around analysis of you to decide what works best for weight loss.
