Thank you to Stephanie, server, who noticed me out front with my dogs, for a rest on our walk. It was a beautiful morning, and they weren't ready to go home yet, but I couldn't come in to order myself a coffee. Not only did Stephanie offer a bowl of fresh, icy cold water for my dogs, but a small brewed coffee for me. That's exceptional & attentive service, and the kind of experience that builds customer loyalty. Cheers.

Honestly, it’s pretty hit or miss depending on who you get. There’s one girl who is always super friendly and makes really good drinks, and I’ve had great experiences with her. There’s another girl with short hair who can be pretty rude. Whenever I order a pastry, she usually gives it to me cold, and when I ask if she could warm it up, she seems annoyed. I came in wanting a mildly sweet iced drink and loved what the barista recommended - toasted coconut cold brew with foam! Light, refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness :)

The coffee at Redchurch is very good at the decor is lovely. I would say, however, that it seems like quite a shame, in 2026, for baristas (or at least a barista) to be serving coffee in single-use plastic cups for customers staying in, and, additionally, to actively encourage customers to not use the recycling bin instead of providing a means of emptying remaining liquid from cups so that they can be recycled. i really liked the atmosphere here. there’s a good amount of seating, outlets if you want to study, a small patio out front, and a little gallery in the back with different artwork. it can get pretty busy though, so the seating does fill up sometimes. the staff here are honestly the sweetest too and were really kind. i got the buffalo melt for $18 and the strawberry matcha latte. the buffalo melt took around 10 minutes to make, but it was worth the wait because it was really tasty. i do think $16 was a little overpriced for ... read more
