Defective products are an absolute nightmare for companies, but a statistical reality. sadly I was a recipient of a defective product. Redcat went above and beyond to explain what I was having difficulty understanding with regard to the maintenance/upgrade on my Redcat Vigilante. They got me the parts I needed for my and even sent some at their expense. These folks are worth their weight in gold! Buy Redcat products with confidence! They truly stand behind them! I plan on being as loyal to Redcat as they have been to me.
