Great company. Had a transmission break on a redcat piranha. I filed a warranty claim and they sent out a replacement right away

UPDATE*********************************************************************************** I received a call from Nathan, He and I spoke about how things were handled and how I feel as a manager in customer service for 40 years it should have been handled. Nathan was sincere with me and understanding. We managed to work something out to keep me as a loyal customer.
