Recently got into Rock crawling. Was told Redcat makes excellent starter products as well as others. I have not been disappointed by my Ascent 18 or Everest. All my interactions with their customer service and buying directly from them have been stellar. I am likely going to only buy Redcat going forward, just because I am so happy with what I have. All their stuff is ready to go out of the box (except charging batteries), and performs well enough for anyone to get a handle on crawling.

Had an issue with my car not accelerating while using the radio controller. Customer service responded quickly and help me fix my issue. Now I am back to recking havoc in the dirt. Great service, great product. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.
