Brilliant products and service. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended
The stuff they sell is very very poor quality. Wife bought a toe ring which would have struggled to fit a child. Of course the inevitable happened tried to put it on it snapped. What a palaver to get a refund they are so unproffesional it is unbelievable. You purchase here at your peril. I have my doubts things are even 9ct gold as stated. One star given as no option for zero.
WHAT EVER YOU DO DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!!! I bought my partner a belly bar from this jewellers and it has broken less than three months after purchase. Upon contacting the store to try to resolve the problem i was told that is was MY OWN FAULT for over tightening the thread on the top. I found this hard to believe as it definitely has not been over tightened and was astounded by how quick they were to pass the blame onto us. No resolution was given and they actually failed to even apologise for the terrible product ... read more
