Can't even tell that it was ever damaged

Where do I begin. I took a motorbike wheel (Yes, I appreciate it is a car shop) in on the 28th March because I couldn’t get the disc off, upon looking at it I was told “Yeh, I can get that out, leave it with me and I’ll get around to it”. I get a call a little later, telling me they couldn’t get it off and had snapped a tool inside of the bolt. I went back to collect the wheel, I was told “if you grind the heads off of the bolts, I’ve got a tool which will get the bolt out” I took it home, drilled & ground the heads off the ... read more
