Was seeking a pair of hub/bearing assemblies and Redcap Towing Centre responded promptly by email. When I read their quotation I politely asked, "the price is a little higher than I was expecting - is there any room for negotiation?". I was then quite shocked by a very offhand, one-line, dismissal using the phrase "the only price negotiation is upwards !"
