Scott was absolutely amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to find us the property that best suited our needs. He has an abundance of knowledge of the area and home construction and it really helped us feel secure in the buying process. Let me start off by saying that Scott is fantastic! I had moved from FL and was a little familiar with the areas, but not much, and thus was extremely nervous buying a house. I also didn't anticipate the very hot and active real estate market in the Asheville area and was thrown for a loop there as well. Although my family member ended up moving out of state, Scott was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding her special circumstances and needs. He found a number of possible properties, after other realtors had not made the kinds of efforts Scott did.
