Very nice PT and staff, James is this the master mind of the operations, excellent service and with a smile!! The Therapist are warm and friendly, and at this location, and knowledgeable. Feels good to be in great hands as we begin our healing.
Horrible service. Very Rude customer/ patient service. Very rude people. I brought my girlfriend there. My personal medical Doctor told me not to wear a face mask of any face covering. Redbud said I had to wear one or leave the building. They didn't care what my doctor said. I put one on because I didn't want to leave my lady alone with people I don't know. I started physical therapy feeling really weak and almost unable to walk without a walker. I can now walk without any assistance, but a cane to stay steady. The care I received from Savanna and Kris was amazing. Their kindness, care and patience made me keep wanting to come back even when I didn’t feel like it. Thank you Redbud Wagoner! I’ll miss you all.
This place is awesome. The staff is friendly and awesome and they also offer dry needling which is been very helpful in my therapy. Glad I came here for Therapy!
