It has been hell and It is still hell trying to obtain my children’s and myself medical files and my daughter’s shot records..
I have been going to this doctor's office for years now and though I have always struggled with getting them to communicate properly with me here recently in the last month it is became to the point they are not even responding to my pharmacies sending over request to refill my prescription their phones aren't working they're not responding to any of my messages in the app this is my health and it is not being taken seriously at all this is my health and they can't even pick up the phone
