Redbud can be a nice place to live. The 80% rise of the lot rent in the last 5 years is a bit excessive, outpacing the income of many tenants, forcing many people to find cheaper housing. I have been here for 14 years. With all of the new rules from the corporate office. If they want to recruit new tenants for long term residency, the last thing they need is to be force mowing, fining us for any little thing, giving us little time to address notes. many people have multiple jobs, kids. Wish I could leave a zero star. It's not worth moving in here, weather you are buying or renting. Way to expensive for the quality of the trailers in the park, it's a nightmare to get a hold of anyone in the main office, their maintenance crew is a joke(all they do is drive around in either one of the trucks or one of the golf carts), most of their landscaping is contracted out, their "snow removal" around the park is something to laugh about. you can barley walk off your driveway without slipping and falling. The office staff and maintenance people are great. Friendly and very helpful. The community is nice and many new updates have been done. Like where I am living and feel safe here.
no stars. horrible place to live, broken bottles in the street. Children run rampant in the streets and everywhere else. High lot rent in comparison to other parks. you can count on the water/electricity being off at least 3 times a month. o and dont park your car in front of your own house, youll get an awesome orange tow sticker
This is a wonderful community to live in. New homes are being brought in to replace older homes, new driveways, new lighting and street improvements are a few of the upgrades going on. This park offers a swimming pool, 2 storm shelters, park areas and basketball court. Yes we are paying for our water now but now we are conserving water and paying for only what we use. The previous review is simply not true. I have been a resident of Redbud Estates for years and I have seen nothing but improvement. Im glad they started charging us for water, it makes people be more responsible with it. Also, I have seen many of the 70s trailers moving out and brand new ones replacing them. Ive been very happy overall.
Do NOT move to this place!! It is a DUMP filled with trailers that are falling apart from the 1970s that they CONTINUE to move in though tell people living there they do not. They do NOT repeat NOT care about the people living here, you will be promised one thing (water & trash paid, cable paid, etc...) then they will all be raised or not paid at all which they arent now! They continue to raise the lot rent which is not even worth what you pay, they do not care about stagnant water that is all over the park, snakes from it, ... read more
