Redbud can be a nice place to live. The 80% rise of the lot rent in the last 5 years is a bit excessive, outpacing the income of many tenants, forcing many people to find cheaper housing. I have been here for 14 years. With all of the new rules from the corporate office. Wish I could leave a zero star. It's not worth moving in here, weather you are buying or renting. Way to expensive for the quality of the trailers in the park, it's a nightmare to get a hold of anyone in the main office, their maintenance crew is a joke(all they do is drive around in either one of the trucks or one of the golf carts), most of their landscaping is contracted out, their "snow removal" around the park is something to laugh about. you can barley walk off your driveway without slipping and falling. The office staff and maintenance people are great. Friendly and very helpful. The community is nice and many new updates have been done. Like where I am living and feel safe here.
