This company has been an exercise on overpromising and underdelivering. Back in February of last year, I had them do nearly 16,000 dollars of landscape work and was upsold on a new sprinkler system which I was told would involve new sprinkler heads and an inspection and repair on the back sprinklers as well. I agreed, as there were a few broken heads in the system, but after they had completed the work, the old broken heads were still there. Nathan was always prompt with communication; clear and concise with design layout; offered great ideas to enhance; patient with us and very nice to work with. Great job on concrete, garden borders, and landscaping. Will use again.
They do amazing work.
