Beware of possible discriminatory practices in the rental application process with Redbrick Properties and property manager Brandee Stotz. Initially, communication was great, but after meeting in person, things changed drastically with no follow up and no communication. They tried not to return my deposit, tried to deceive me with simple excuses, after 7 months I got my money back through RTB dispute resolution.
Not responsive and also not a client-center company. Never return calls
Avoid this company at all costs if you value your privacy. They collect all your personal information and documents and even go as far as checking your employment references without your consent. Worse yet, they refuse to let you view the units, citing their busy schedule. Truly shameful behavior from their staff!
They charged most of the tenants, TWICE for parking since the previous building manager was taking cash. Dude, your own manger is running a scam and your don't know, and then you put all the blame on tenants? Not cool! How would a person who is new to Canada know? Avoid dealing with this property.
