Unbelievable. Over a month and they have not put my "assessment" online. That's after I have submitted 3 tickets which have all been "resolved." My job is threatening to raise my insurance by $1000/month ($500 each for me and hubby) because I "haven't jumped through their stupid hoops" even though I have. Finally had to write a letter to legal at my company to (hopefully) keep my rates from being raised because this stupid company can't do what THEY are supposed to do.

I enjoyed the phone coaching experience through redbrick. Convenient and professional. Challenging and rewarding. Easy to understand ways to improve my health as well as my whole life. I looked forward to my ten minutes of lesson time with my coach who called me every week sometimes twice a week to discuss goals or struggles I was experiencing.
