The world’s worst!!! Despite COVID this company has no contingency plan to help the people they loaned money to. The interest rates they charge and are compounded over time are the worst out there. We had to replace our furnace years ago and had no disposable income so we were forced to take on this loan since it was the only one the company that did the below standard work provided. Always paid my bill on time for 4 years and the secretly had a lien on my property. I only found out when I tried to refinance my mortgage lucky for me my remaining balance was low. POS company more like redline financial. I wish I could give no stars.

I used Redbrick to finance a furnace when my furnace died unexpectedly. I'm in the process of refinancing my mortgage and found out at the last minute through the process that redbrick essentially tied the loan for the furnace to my property as a lien, even though the account is up to date. They did that behind my back, nowhere in the contract does it say that is how the loan is handled. Predatory lending at it's finest!

THEY RIPPED ME OFF!!!!!!!!! I selected a one time payment authorized a single payment only for 215.00 and they took 3 payments of 215.00... when I called, the representative was very rude and fussing being nasty, saying it’s my fault. She put the blame on me when I have screenshots of my one time single payment... and I also found out they are charging me 10.95% when I have excellent credit and 68 dollars went towards my balance after a 215.00 payment. Today I called Redbrick to get a credit for $38, yes $38 which was all interest. I paid the loan off giving them balance of $3000. They now send me this statement and refused to credit what is only interest since I paid balance in full. Not to mention they also have a hold on my real state. They robbed me going into the loan and going out. I guess they need it more than I do. Read the fine print on their contracts they are experts at cheating the public.
