Redbox Restoration was fantastic on the sewer overspill we had to deal with a while back at our house! They were fast and efficient in removing and cleaning the mess. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and always answered our questions and concerns. With their help and expertise, it was easier to manage a very unpleasant experience such as a sewer spill. I usually don't write reviews, but George and his crew deserve our recognition and our recommendation.

Got home from a vacation to a flooded house due to broken toilet. Called Redbox and they came out the same day on a sunday. They assessed the damage and started the drying out process immediately. They dealt with my insurance directly and made sure the insurance covered everything they were supposed to. Redbox took care of all the repairs as well, they replaced our wooden floors, carpets, dry wall and did all the painting and finishing touches. Excellent communication, responsiveness and professionalism. Understood my concerns, very knowledgeable and skilled, and has an appreciation of small details. I love the finished flooring and will definitely refer to friends and use them again!

While out of the country had George from Redbox Restoration go by a rental property and check on a flooded bathroom at a 2-nd floor. They dealt with tenants while doing extensive demo, cleanup and mitigation on both floors. Would recomend and use their services anytime if needed.
