"Be very cautious with this company. They rejected a valid and recent Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) issued by a licensed tester, and insisted I rebook and pay for a new Inspection. It feels like they're more focused on generating revenue than following fair and transparent vehicle inspection practices. Seems like a money-making tactic rather than genuine concern for road safety. Disappointed."
